In March 2024, we successfully planted 25 trees in an acre of the field. The trees were kindly sponsored by people from, or associated with, the village and have proved a popular way to remember family members and friends.
We will be planting another 15/20 trees this coming autumn and this gives another opportunity to those who would like to sponsor a memorial tree.
For £250 we will provide an established tree from the well -known company, Barcham Trees of Ely. These are professionally planted with stakes and protective guards. We will also supply a memorial plaque, with wording of your choice, to be placed by the side of your tree.
