More than 65 species of birds have been recorded on the meadow so far. The egret was a one off but red kites and buzzards are now daily sightings. The barn owl has been seen hunting on the field, and the kestrels have bred successfully.
Lush & Green Grass Meadow!
Sue relaxes, on the bench sponsored by the BagLadies of Thornham.

We are already seeing more & more butterflies on the meadow. These are peacock, comma, wall, skipper, meadow brown, and gatekeeper.
